We’ve been proudly collaborating with Harrods to deliver career-enhancing apprenticeships since 2017, and last week we celebrated the launch of our most recent partnership – the Harrods Retail Management Programme.
This 15-month programme, based on the Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship standard, develops the core knowledge, skills and behaviours retail colleagues need to take on management roles at the iconic, luxury department store in the future.
It is wonderful to see Harrods continue to invest in their talent and champion internal progression.
